MARKTOR
Neutral B2B control infrastructure with process, control and verification logic.
European development
Poland is planned as the first target market; Germany is the company base. The expanded Big Four framework is a strategy, not a partnership structure already in place.
European scaling
For the build-up, we have developed a corporate structure that does not make European market entry dependent solely on our own staff and our own capital. Independently managed industry and country companies take over the development of their respective markets, win companies and develop cooperation networks. MARKTOR provides the shared infrastructure, software and technical standards.
The partners bring existing customer relationships. For suitable additional needs, further specialists are connected. In this way the network expands within and between industries.
In this way we combine a reusable technical core with decentralised, entrepreneur-driven market development. Every additional industry creates further cooperation opportunities between the companies involved.

Company base and another important market.
Step-by-step expansion into further European countries is planned.
The European build-up · Big Four
The value arises from the interplay of the four competencies. In the long term, we have developed a build-up architecture that connects MARKTOR with technology, energy and data centre infrastructure as well as national market leaders. Our goal is an economically viable and scalable European infrastructure.

Computing power, hardware, technology, security, engineering and technical know-how.
Energy for the data centre, solar, wind and battery storage projects as well as project expertise.
Capital, market access, network, reach and existing business relationships.
The four-part system can be applied country by country. MARKTOR contributes the reusable system core; technology partner, energy partner and national big player are brought in to suit each country.
The goal: connect national partner networks and let companies collaborate across borders. As an extension, our planned strategy envisages data centres under European sovereignty.

Our motivation
Especially in times of artificial intelligence and the resulting changes in the market, we want to support companies that value advice and quality.
For us, it is not only about making money. We also want to make an important contribution to strengthening personal expert advice and quality-checked specialist companies economically.
MARKTOR therefore separates the identification of additional customer needs from the actual expert advice. The existing customer contact opens up new economic opportunities, while the specialist service remains with the qualified specialists.
