Additional revenue
Additional revenue from existing customer relationships – without having to offer the specialist services themselves. The core business stays with the company; the specialist takes over the additional expert advice.
How the infrastructure works
Tool 1 records the authorised request. The neutral infrastructure verifies permissions and evidence. Tool 2 enables processing by the specialist company.
The principle
Brokers, salespeople and specialist advisers regularly identify further wishes and needs during their customer conversations. A real estate agent, for example, learns that their customer also needs financing, a solar system or a renovation.
The agent recommends a suitable specialist company and receives a fee when the deal is successfully closed. This proven principle is called the referral model. It offers economic benefits to everyone involved.
Additional revenue from existing customer relationships – without having to offer the specialist services themselves. The core business stays with the company; the specialist takes over the additional expert advice.
An exclusive, personally recommended lead with concrete purchase interest. Specialist companies win new customers and reduce their customer acquisition effort.
The customer chooses what support they need and authorises the contact. They gain access to suitable specialist companies and personal advice.
The problem
Because the economically decisive steps after a customer is passed on often take place outside the control of the original company. As soon as companies pass on a customer, risks arise that go far beyond a single commission.
Is my customer actually being advised? Is the advice professional? Can my business partner poach the customer, close further deals without my involvement or circumvent agreed cooperation rules?
Are there valid and verifiable consents? Who may access the customer data? How are unauthorised disclosures, data misuse and data protection breaches prevented?
Was a contract concluded? How do I verify that independently? Is the agreed fee settled correctly? What happens in the event of withdrawal or cancellation?
On top of this come different legal requirements across industries and countries, as well as considerable administrative effort. Consents, data transfers, feedback, records and settlements cost time, staff and money – even when no deal is closed.
The fundamental obstacle is not a lack of willingness to cooperate, but the absence of a shared, neutral control and verification structure.
The solution
MARKTOR replaces sole reliance on mutual trust with technically controlled processes, binding process rules and verifiable records.
Simply explained
Example of the intended process: a real estate customer is also interested in solar. The agent makes the connection; the solar company provides the advice. MARKTOR accompanies the handover and keeps the process traceable.
The customer chooses the desired advice and authorises contact by the selected specialist company.
The customer's wish is the starting point.
The information required for the request is handed over in encrypted form to the responsible specialist company. The gatekeeper controls the approvals without having to process the plain-text data.
Customer authorisation and data protection are part of the process.
The specialist takes care of advice, offer and service. The referring company follows the released processing status.
Each company remains responsible for its own specialist service.
Deal, rejection or cancellation remain traceable within the case. The defined economic success is confirmed twice by separate trust domains – not solely by the statements of a single business partner.
A closed deal and an actual payment are different events.
Origin, processing status, confirmed deals, withdrawals, cancellations and economic claims are assigned to the respective case. Payment follows the agreement.
Origin and result remain traceable.
MARKTOR is not an ordinary lead platform. We are developing a neutral infrastructure through which independent companies can collaborate securely, control agreed rules and verify economic results.
The innovation
Technical control creates trust between companies – through rules and verifiable steps.
Collaboration depends on mutual trust – bridged with contracts, personal relationships and manual work.
Technically controlled processes, binding process rules and verifiable records.
Customer data is passed on by e-mail or Excel – every copy increases the risk.
Purpose limitation and consent before disclosure. The data is encrypted and handed over only to the intended recipient.
Often it is precisely the partner who earns from the result who reports the status.
The software reports the status automatically. A neutral control body manages approvals and process states.
Whoever passes on a customer does not know for sure afterwards whether advice was given, a deal was closed or cancelled – and who is entitled to the commission.
A closed deal receives a second, independent confirmation. Origin, cancellation and attribution remain traceable.
Built in compliance with the GDPR: purpose limitation and approval before disclosure.
The origin remains traceable; circumvention risks are reduced.
The specialist remains responsible for advice, offer and contract.
Confirmed deals and cancellations feed into the attribution.
Scalability
The specialist processes differ. The critical control points repeat themselves. That is why the MARKTOR core remains usable across industries and transferable to other countries.
Planned extension: controlled public-authority processes.
Protected by a registered utility model and two patent applications. Core IP as well as system and process sovereignty remain with MARKTOR in Europe.
Questions & answers

The control function is organisationally and economically separate from the specialist service. It sits in its own company, RS Gatekeeper UG (haftungsbeschränkt), and has a separate, per-case payment logic. Advice and contract remain with the responsible partner.
MARKTOR's architecture is built in compliance with the GDPR. Consent, purpose limitation, encryption and restricted access are part of the process. The neutral gatekeeper infrastructure controls permissions, approvals and records without having to process the personal data in plain text. Implementation is reviewed for each application.
